Bharath has said that he is happy to do a cameo in 'Aravaan', which is directed by Vasanthabalan, the filmmaker who gave the actor a break in 'Veyyil'. "It is a small yet interesting role which leads to turning point in the script," the 'Kadhal' and 'Yuvan Yuvathi' actor says.

"Great stars like Makkal Thilakam MGR, Nadigar Thilakam Sivaji Ganesan and Superstar Rajinikanth have done guest roles. So there is no wrong in doing cameos. In fact, bagging such offers shows how popular one is," Bharath says, justifying his act.

"I did seven days rigorous homework for my character in Aravaan. In fact, the amount of effort I put for the role is equivalent to that I would normally give for a whole film. Vasanthabalan is a great director and I am happy to work with him again," the actor adds.

At present, Bharath is focusing on '555', an action thriller directed by Sasi. His 'Thiruthani' directed by Perarasu is expected to hit the screens soon. "Thiruthani and 555 belong to different genres. The former is a commercial entertainer while the latter is a thriller," he signs off.
