Now Big B goes Twitter way

Finally the Shahenshah of Bollywood has joined the bandwagon of Twitter, the popular micro-blogging site.

Having reigning the blog area for nearly two years, Amitabh Bachchan took the tweeting step yesterday by posting his first tweet for his son Abhishek. Tweeting @juniorbachchan, Sr. Bachchan wrote: “hey baby !! I made it on twitter !!! Yeeaaaaaahhhh !! ... sorry.. just got carried away .. safe onward flight and love.”

He is reported to have 6,257 followers as of now.

Abhishek on the other hand welcomed his dad by posting on his page – “Ladies and gentlemen. HE IS HERE! Big B in da house!..... Welcome Pa. Show him the love tweeps!!”

Similarly other celebrities of the B-town (the ‘tweeples’ in fact) welcomed the legendary icon on the micro-blogging site.
