The Vedha Nilayam, the residence of late Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha at Poes Garden, Chennai, is now being used by her close aide and the present AIADMK General Secretary V.K.Sasikala.

A couple of days back, Chief Minister O. Panneer Selvam who started a revolt against Sasikala erlier this week, announced that his government will soon convert 'Veda Nilayam' as a memorial sheinefor Jayalalitha.

Now not stopping with mere announcement. OPS seems to have swung into action. He has started a signature campaign to convert Veda Nilayam as Jaya's memorial. He has placed a big banner at the entrance of his Greenwasy Road residence in Chennai and also signed in it as the first signatory of the campaign.
