'Mahanubhavudu', starring Sharwanand and Mehreen Kaur Pirzada, has been directed by Maruthi. Vamshi and Pramod of UV Creations Banner have produced the film.

The news is that the film's audio function will be held on Sept 16. Rebel Star Prabhas is expected to grace the event as the chief guest.

The film will hit the screens on Sept 29, just two days after the worldwide release of 'SPYder'.

Maruthi is counting on the hero's characterization. Sharwa plays an OCD-fied guy. The film's shoot took place in foreign locations such as Italy, Croatia and Austria and few picturesque local locations such as Pollachi, Ramoji Film City and Hyderabad. Music-directed by SS Thaman, so far, two songs have been released: The title track and 'Kiss Me Baby'.
