Marking the birthday of Vishal today, the actor has spoken on 'Okkadocchadu', a film very close to his heart.

"After super hits like 'Pandem Kodi', 'Pogaru', 'Bharani', 'Pooja', 'Rayudu', I am now doing a very good film - 'Okkadochaadu'. Everywhere in the world someone needs to raise against evil. 'Okkadochaadu' is also about that someone who raises his voice and renders justice to his people. This film is being made as a purposeful and powerful subject packaged with perfect commercial elements like entertainment and romance. When director Suraaj narrated to me the subject, I decided to put all projects on hold and started this film. I am that connected to this film. It has such a good point that everyone will relate themselves to it", the actor says.

Vishal further says, "My look and characterisation are completely different compared with my previous films. Tamannah is my co-star. Jagapathi Babu is doing a very important role. Tarun Arora is acting as villain. I am very happy that my birthday is being celebrated on the sets of a film very close to my heart. I am very confident that 'Okkadochaadu', which will release as Diwali gift, will become another superhit film in my career. G Hari is producing 'Okkadochaadu' in Telugu."

He further revealed, "My next film with director Mysskin, to be produced by my Vishal Film Factory, will go to floors from September 12".

Producer G Hari of Hari Venkateswara Films says, "This is the highest-budgeted movie in Vishal's career. The unit will move to Russia to picturise songs in beautiful locations from September 3. A big chasing sequence has been shot on a mammoth budget of Rs. 1.50 cr. It was choreographed by the fight master Kanal Kannan. This episode will be one of the major highlights in this film. Vishal's intro song has been lavishly picturised under the supervision of dance director Sobhi in specially-erected sets in Puducherry. HipHop Thamizh's songs will be liked by all and a song picturised lavishly in a set erected with 1 crore under the supervision of choreographer Shobhi will be major highlights in this film. A song sung by Shruti Haasan for Tamannah is another attraction in this film."

Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a very important role in this big budgeted film. Sampathraj, Charan, and Jayaprakash are playing other roles.

Music is by HipHop Aadi. Cinematography is by Richard Nathan. Dialogues are by Rajesh Murthy. Lyrics are by Dr. Challa Bhagya Lakshmi. Editing is by RK Selva. Choreography is by Shobhi.
