We had seen director Dinesh Baboo banned for six months that was later revoked by producer Rockline Venkatesh and now we have actress Ramya banned for one year. The outcome of the Kannada Cinema Producer Association at KFCC meeting has finally passed verdict that Ramya has to be banned for one year.

Actress Pooja Gandhi has been asked to clarify on her remarks against to the film industry in a satellite channel.

Actress Ramya reacting sharply to this ban says when I have announced voluntary retirement the ban is not sensible. Ramya has strongly asked for producer A Ganesh to return her money of Rs.9 lakhs that was given to him via friend of Ramya.

In the complete issue I am not at fault. I have not scolded anyone. I have helped the producer of ‘Dandam Dashagunam’ A Ganesh and when I asked for the money that I got him as loan the problem has started. I have waited for eight long months says Ramya. Banning me for doing good and after declaring that I am not acting looks like a joke for me says Ramya.

Meanwhile the Kannada cinema Artists Association Ambarish was waiting at his residence to amicably solve the issue today but no one turned up. A section of producers decided to hold a silent dharna in front of Dr Rajakumar memorial and consulted hat trick hero Shivarajakumar to be the leader instead of Ambarish.

The humble actor Shivarajakumar shooting at Hesaraghatta for ‘Jogaiah’ his 100th film straightway said Ambarish is my leader. I respect him like how I respect my father Dr Rajakumar. There is no question of me taking leadership he clarified.
