When in 2005 Hurricane Katrina wrecked US and its coastlands, the damage was catastrophic in terms of life and Infrastructure. Many global powers – developing and developed countries offered aid in terms of cash and relief measures. Now with Hurricane Harvey too causing similar damages, only neighboring country Mexico and Venezuela has offered aid for which many leaders are holding Trump`s foreign policies responsible.

Even as Trump continues to attack Mexico and the people as rapists and drug dealers who play spoil sport in US, Mexico which borders Texas state has stepped up to offer immense assistance with boats, relief measures and evacuation.
