Padmapriya is known for her unconventional choice of roles. The actress had went off to pursue her higher studies at the peek of her career and had recently got married. She had acted in 'Iyobinte Pusthakaom' directed by Amal Neerad in a pivotal role.
Now, after a long time, Padmapriya is making a comeback as heroine. She will play the lead in PK Baburaj's upcoming movie. Vijay Babu will play the lead hero opposite Padmapriya. The movie is scheduled to begin in August at Kozhikode.
