Pandu on Naragunda Bhandaya, High Command later

Nagendra Magadi Pandu director of a few successful films made all preparations for High Command` Kannada cinema with politician Satish Jarakihole as producer. Before that Pandu is taking up Naragunda Bhandaya` a real life development for launch.

The concept of this Naragunda Bhandaya` dates back to 1980. Siddesh Viraktha Math came up with this concept. The movement of farmers when R Gundu Rao was chief minister in Naragunda and Navilagunda is in the screenplay flow of Viraktha Math. The life of two farmers Veeranna and Basavaraj is the main fodder for subject.Rakshit is the new entry to cinema from this film. Shuba Punja is female lead with supporting artists such as Sadhu Kokila, Avinash, Achyuth Kumar and others. The title launch of the film is taking place at Raichur district. The actual shoot begins from August 18.

Meanwhile Pandu and Jarakihole High Command` writing job is over. For High Command` selection of artists Pandu is conducted talent hunt for various characters that is close to real life personalities. The story for this film is written by Karnataka Minister Satish Jarakiholi, Keshavaditya is writing dialogues, Ramesh Babu is cameraman, editing by Lakshminarayana Reddy. The screenplay and direction are handled by Nagendra Magadi Pandu.An achiever in Kannada cinema Nagendra Magadu Pandu is national award winner from Bharatiya Dalitya Sahitya Academy – Dr Ambedkar National fellowship award for 2012. Nagendra Magadu Pandu started his career 25 years ago. He became independent director from Dharma Devathe. His films like Olu Saar Bari Olu, Honeymoon Express, Tenali Rama, Taata Birla, Chickpete Saachagalu, Sugreeva, Hori did well in the box office and earned good reputation for him.
