While saying "Mana Telangana", Pawan expressed his sadness over the division of the state. In an emotional speech, he immediately shifted to talk about his agenda rather than elaborate on the creation of Telangana.

He seemed to do a balancing act and suggest that he is for the welfare of both the regions.
