Vishnu Vardhan's oeuvre is so inspiring that we can expect a lot from his up-and-coming film Panjaa, which is slated to release on Dec. 9. The Kollywoodian, with four films in his kitty, out of which three were hits (excpet his debut), is known for dealing with intriguing subjects.

As a story-teller, he scores high because of his knack for dealing with the twists and turns in his films. This was amply evidenced by Arinthum Ariyamalum and Pattiyal. Billa, his last film, proved that he can also make films cut out for superstars like Ajith.

Pawan Kalyan's Panjaa is a different one altogether. This is a sleek action entertainer, which sees Pawan in a stubble-faced look and casts him in a don's role. For the first time in his career, Pawan could be playing a ruthless character with negative shades, if not a villainous role.

If not, he might be playing a violent man for a good cause. The secret will be out on in some time. Meanwhile, Yuvan Shankar Raj's album (to be released on 19th) might give us some clues.
