Chirpy as a birdie and petite her role as a journalist in 'Ko' was received well with the audience. Though the journey has been a little slow of Piaa Bajpai, she is slowly but steadily gain firm ground among the Tamil crowd.

Piaa is also breaking ground in to Mollywood. The actress will be pairing opposite Malayalam heartthrob Prithviraj in this yet-to-be-titled film. Piaa, who got into films through modeling, has so far acted in Tamil and Telugu films. Her first venture in Malayalam will see Johny Anthony as the director.

The actress recently revealed that she is quite thrilled about launching herself into Malayalam and considers her co-star Prithviraj, a rock star! Piaa has always maintained that she just enjoyed while filming for Venkat Prabhu's 'Goa.' It looks like the actress has liked her present filming team too, because she has revealed that this team is absolutely comfortable to work with.
