Since Racha is the biggest film since Magadheera for Ram Charan, the hype around this film is naturally high. It was sometime in mid-February that the rumour that Racha's budget clocks to Rs. 30 crore started making the rounds. The much-publicised audio release in Kurnool has been called off. The audio will be released in Hyderabad on March 9.

While Super Good Movies planned to release the film in the last week of March, they have supposedly put off the plans. The film may be released only in the first week of April (Rajamouli's Eega will compete with it from April 5!).

It is learnt that RB Chowdhary, Paras Jain and NV Prasad are planning to release the film simultaneously in Malayalam and Hindi, besides Telugu. The idea behind it is quite clear. The notable popularity which Allu Arjun's films like Arya2 and Badrinath gained in Kerala seems to be the reason behind Charan going for a release in that State.

As for why a release in Hindi, he might be intending to test the waters, now that he is doing his first Bollywood film Zanjeer.
