Police Officers' Association objects to Gabbar Singh song

Yet another controversy surrounding Gabbar Singh was born when the Andhra Pradesh Police Officers' Association raised an objection to Pawan Kalyan dancing with scantily-dressed women in the film, with his khaki clothes on. The Association says that it is objectionable.

Since the khaki uniform is respected for its symbolic significance, disrespecting it in the name of entertainment has never gone down well with members of the department from time to time. Gabbar Singh features many numbers, including an item song.

The Association demands that objectionable content if any in the May 11 release must be omitted before the film's release.
