With Vijayakanth all certain to take the plunge in politics this year, the actor is keen to have his next release speak about his political stand very clear and also give a pointed political message to his fans and to his political rivals.

Perarasu, starring Vijayakanth slated for a release on 14 April has been postponed only because Captain himself is busy taking part in story discussion to give the screenplay and script a political overtone.

Perarasu will grace theatres only during May.
