Yesterday we had reported the news about a Collector in Pondicherry announcing free tickets for Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kabali' as an incentive for people using Public services. The initiative was made known to the outside world by the Union Territory's Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi IPS.

Now G.P.Selvakumar who has bagged the distribution rights of 'Kabali' and will be releasing the film all over Pondicherry under his Legends Media banner has taken a proactive measure to eliminate piracy affecting the prospects of this most anticipated flick.

Weeks before the release of the film, he has met the Chief Minister Narayanasamy and Governor Kiran Bedi and requested them to take stringent measures to safeguard the film from piracy mongers who spread the pirated DVDs in the market. The Governor as well as the CM have assured full support from the Government to check piracy and to bring an end to the illegal DVD business affecting the business prospects of all new films.

Selvakumar has assured that the people who take part in public sanitation activities in Pondicherry will get free tickets for the First day First show of 'Kabali'.
