The subtitle says “Commercial Panchamirtham” (meaning commercial treat). The promos and the songs just confirm it.

Young hero Bharath, who has so far known for romantic roles, has stepped into the action arena for the first time. He has tried his hand in comedy too. He has also voiced some ‘Punch’ dialogues for the first time.

Director Perarasu has once again dealt with the brother-sister bondage in the lines of his earlier hit ‘Thiruppachi’, featuring Vijay and Trisha.

Kajal Agarwal plays the lady love and Kushboo dons the role of the elder sister. Biju Menon, M.S. Bhaskar, Rajkapoor, Chittibabu, Aishwarya, and Ravi Mariya play important roles.

Shakthi Chithambaram, the producer of ‘Englishkaran’ and ‘Kovai Brothers’, produces the film under the banner of Cinema Paradise.

The hallmark of Perarasu films – fights and songs – plays a major role in this film too. ‘Thalapathy’ Dinesh has created a thrilling fight for the climax.

Srikanth Deva has made all the six songs in six different styles. Perarsu has penned the lyrics for all the songs and has also sung a song.

Get ready to taste the Panchamirtham offered by Perarasu and his team.

Amidst a lot of big stars and big budget, here is a small budgeted film with less known faces. The movie, directed by Kanagu handles a pleasant and realistic love.

Kanagu may be a new name as a director. But he has the rich experience of working with director A. Venkatesh and Lingusamy. “People are fed up with exaggerated and artificial love portrayed on screen. Most natural thing is the most beautiful thing in the world. We try to bring out such an experience on celluloid”, says the director. The movie has no vulgarity and violence, he adds.

Muruga fame Ashok plays the hero. Debutante Visaka is the heroine.

'Pidichirukku' is expected to be a perfect family entertainer with an engrossing and realistic love story.
