C Sathya hogged the limelight with his maiden venture as music composer- the A R Murugadoss produced 'Engeyum Eppodhum'- which turned out to be one of the important movies of 2011.

The music composer makes his presence once again with 'Ponmaalai Pozhudhu'. Understanding fully well that songs have an important role to play in this film (the hero is legendary lyricist Kannadasan's grandson Aadhav and the title is inspired from an evergreen song of Tamil cinema), Sathya has done a neat job.

Hariharan
The ever bankable Hariharan is at it again in 'Adikadi Mudi...' Sathya has made maximum use of the singer's voice, by accompanying it aptly with guitar and saxophone.

Ramya
A song which could click an instant chord with the youngsters. Lyrics go hand in hand with the tune and Ramya has powered the song with her voice. Credits go to Sathya for an interesting composition and neat presentation.

Blaaze, Krishna Iyer, Sayanora Philip
Madhan Karky, the lyricist, has found a Tamil equivalent for the word 'beer'. 'Vaarkothumai Kallodu...' makes an interesting listening, thanks to Sathya's innovative tune. Blaaze, Krishna Iyer and Sayanora Philip chip in with their best.

Iravugalil...Listen here
Karthik
A love song by Karthik is an explanation by itself. 'Iravugalil...' proves this once again. Sathya has won half the game by choosing Karthik to croon the number. Beautiful lyrics are an added advantage.
