The 2nd JMF Court in Raichur completed the formalities of arrest of actress Pooja Gandhi in case with the violation of code of conduct of last 2013 Assembly election. Later the actress was let on bail after charging Rs.500 as fine.

In 2013 Assembly election Pooja Gandhi violated code of conduct and she abstained from appearing to the court for four times. She represented BSR Congress Party.

Pooja Gandhi was detained for some time and warned that she should not skip the further hearings.
