Prabhu and Ramarajan hurt

Actors Prabhu and Ramarajan were hurt with minor injuries when a branch of a tree fell on their car when they were traveling to Udumalpet from Chennai.

It is said that Prabhu, Ramarajan and Thyagarajan, were travelling in a car to attend a marriage function at Udumalpet. When the car was nearing Chinnathambipalayam in Andhiyur, in the early hours of Monday, a heavy branch of a tamarind tree broke and fell on the car.

Prabhu was injured near his eye when splinters from the broken windscreen hit his face. Ramarajan was injures on his hands. Thyagarajan escaped unhurt.

Locals who saw the accident happen rushed to the spot and helped the victims get first aid.
