Prakash Raj, who earlier worked with Priyadarshan in 2008 for the National-award winning film Kanchivaram` is set to turn a protagonist. Apparently, the actor and the director recently had a discussion over the script and the meeting was fruitful. Prakash was moved by the sensitive plot line and gave the nod for the project.

A source close to the director confirmed the development saying, "Prakash met Priyadarshan at his place recently and the latter narrated the script to him. If all goes well, the film might go on floors soon."

Further, it was also reported that the technicians who worked in Kanchivaram` are likely to come on board for this film too.
