A Superstar son hero in Soundarya Rajinikanth's project?

Ever since Soundarya Rajinikanth announced her next film as director there has been speculations galore in media circles. First, it was rumored that Dhanush would produce the film, but it turned out to be Kalaipuli S Thanu who is bankrolling it.

We hear from reliable sources that Pranav Mohanlal is most likely to make his Tamil debut as hero in the as yet untitled film. It may be noted that Mohanlal and Superstar Rajinikanth are decades old friends and the former made huge profits distributing Kabali` in Kerala. Pranav is making his Malayalam debut in a film directed by Jeethu Joseph and his involvement in Soundarya`s film will be confirmed only when an official announcement is made.
