Director Praveen Kanth ventured to acting with Thullal. Though the movie was completed long back, it is stilling in the cans.

The director who churned out several films including Ratchagan and Star was confident that Thullal would see the light of the day soon. His belief has become real now.

With the decks cleared, Thullal, after a long delay, is expected to hit the screen this July.

Meanwhile Praveen Kanth has managed to bag a plump offer to direct Vijayashanthi for a Telugu movie.

Buzz is that the movie would have political overtones and Vijayashanthi would play the lead role.
