Nenapirali Prem alias Lovely star Prem remained distinct from others on his birthday 18th of April. As the day was called for Karnataka Bandh, Prem declined to celebrate his birthday and when arrived at the rally of Kannada A few of his fans bought cakes to cut that was politely rejected.
