Remember director Priya? She was the one-time associate of director Manirathinam, who made her debut in Kanda Naal Mudhal starring Prasanna, Karthik and Laila.

The movie was a decent success at the box office, but Priya could not make it big. She was waiting for her next venture.

Now, the latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that the woman director would now wield the megaphone for her second venture starring Jeyam Ravi in the lead role.

The actor, who tasted success in Unakkum Enakkum, is now acting in director Ezhil's Deepavali. He is tipped to act in CTV's next production venture and a movie to be directed by Susi Ganesan.

Beginning next year, Ravi has reportedly accepted to be part of Priya's venture.
