Art house director Priyanandhanan has proved recently with his new movie 'Bhakthajanangalude Shradhakku' that, he has rightly moulded himself to suit the demands of commercial cinema. The movie with Kavya Madhavan and Irshad in the lead was much applauded by the few who has watched the movie at theatres. Though the world of mouth was much positive, the poor marketing has resulted in the bad show of the movie at the Box office.
Anyhow, the director seems to have learned a little more about the need of marketing while making commercial movies and is into his another venture,....that too a commercial cinema.
Titled as 'Samayam kadannu', the new movie will be based on a story by Vaishakhan in the same title. C V Balakrishanan will pen the screenplay and dialogues for the movie. The director will fix his crew and cast lines only after the completion of the scripts.
After completing 'Samayam kadannu' Priyanandhanann will move on to his dream project, an adaptation of Vaikkam Muhammad Basheer's 'Shabdangal', which may feature megastar Mammootty in its castlines.
