Priyanka Chopra humbled with Big B's praises for 'Mary Kom'

For her forthcoming film 'Mary Kom', the gorgeous Priyanka Chopra recently shot the promotional episode for 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. The actress, who graced the show as a guest contestant, was in for a surprise when Big B was all praise for her work.

It is said that Piggy Chops was overwhelmed with Mr. Bachchan's feedback. The megastar mentioned that after watching the trailer of 'Mary Kom', he was bowled over by it. "He was also praise for all the effort Priyanka made to look every bit like a professional boxer. All this coming from Mr.Bachchan truly had Priyanka humbled," quoted a source.

Confirming the news said Priyanka's spokesperson, "Mr Bachchan appreciated the fact that Priyanka has pulled off the role of a boxer very well." The two earlier had worked together in 'Waqt-The Race Against Time'.

Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, 'Mary Kom' will hit theaters on 5th September 2014. Known for his larger than life canvases, Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be dabbling with a biopic of this magnitude for the first time with a cracking directorial debut by Omung Kumar.
