Dr. Ashok Chopra, Priyanka Chopra’s father, who had been battling with cancer breathed his last at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai today a few minutes ago. Priyanka’s father was suffering with Cancer in 2005. It was during the shooting of Rohan Sippy’s ‘Bluffmaster’ Priyanka’s father fell ill and his condition went worse last week.

Priyanka tried all means to save her father’s life she shuffled between her professional commitments and her father. She didn't inform people until her father was admitted to the hospital. Priyanka has been spending all her time praying for her father's recovery. On Friday, Priyanka had organised a Mahamrityunjay puja at her home, for her daddy's recovery.
