The popular Telugu film maker SK Basheed second film 'Yaradre Nanagenu' received protest from Karnataka State Minority backward, SC, ST Financially backward Brahmin, Lingayath's Welfare Association for objectionable posters of actress Rishika Singh at the muhurut day.

Actress Rishika Singh mud soaked graphic effect photo that looked nude for the protestors is the major cause. Actress Rishika Singh spoke to the protestors and asked them to show the skin portion in the portrait. It is only my head and nothing else. It is a computer graphic work she explained. Protesters in 20 plus were not ready to get convinced.

The women association shouted slogans and held placards against the poster designs at Kanteerava studio and later submitted a memorandum to the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce.

Actress Rishika later speaking to media persons stated that she represents the mother earth in one of the scenes in the film. I get from earth literally and that is the effect given to my poster she says.
