Puri Jagannadh has given us clues: SIT

Puri Jagannadh was today interrogated for 10 hours by the SIT probing into the city's drug racket.

Coming out of Nampally's Excise Department complex, Puri left the place without speaking to the media.

However, excise (enforcement) director Akun Sabharwal said that Petla Jagannadh aka Puri did cooperate with the investigators. A SIT official said that Puri divulged certain clues.

Choosing to interrogate Puri seems to have been a strategic decision by SIT in anticipation of clues from him. It's Shyam K Naidu's turn tomorrow (July 20th).
