Pyramid Saimira, who has been distributing films produced by others, enters into production for the first time. The movie titled 'Aayudham Seyvom' is directed by Udayan, who had directed Vijaykanth’s 'Perarasu'.

Sundar C and Anjali (Katrathu Thamizh heroine) are pairing for the movie. Srikanth Deva scores the music.

The story behind Saimira’s entry into production itself is quite interesting. H. Murali, who produced Srikanth starrer 'Bose', was the original producer of the film. He launched the film on first copy basis. He left the project unfinished and went on to work as executive producer in Ajith starrer 'Billa'.

Now Pyramid Saimira has taken up the project and started producing it under its banner.
