Radhana Ganda

A good family entertainer is yawning only in second half portion. Radhana Ganda has faced problems off the screen and on screen Radha and her husband character play multiple problems from the beginning till end. The situations at many places lead to comedy the main forte of all Komal Kumar films.

Inspired from `My wife is an Actress' this `Radhana Ganda' has stressing moments, philosophy of life at places, need to cope up in the married life against all odds etc dole out in this two hours twenty minutes films. Komal Kumar in action, sentiment and dance shows his additional strength from this film. He has not got most the areas of acting so far in his previous films.

The couple in distress has something sensational in destiny. Radha run away from home to marry Krishna who is sinking in loans. The quixotic situation to lead the life becomes easy when accidently Radha falls to the eyes of a producer of the film. To clear all loans of Krishna and lead a decent life Radha agrees to act. The superiority and inferiority complex blows up in the just married couple because Krishna pretend as ordinary touch up boy in film unit while Radha is a successful heroine.

The differences continue and Krishna lives separately. In the post interval Krishna realizes that the decision of Radha is for the good of the family. When Radha is caught in trouble from villains Krishna effortlessly manages to bail her out from problems.

Komal Kumar is superb throughout. He has to cut down his waist is the only advice. Poorna appearing for the first time in Kannada is convincing. She has good chances to express her talent in this film. Kuri Pratap is quite OK.

Manikanth Khadri three songs are quite impressive. Iruve Kachchide.is good in graphics, Ganthakkiddu Yaaru Shiva..is rhythmic.

Selvam has done a competent job in his cinematography.  A few of the emotional scenes are heart touching.

Score - 7/10
