Zeal to make a mark doesn’t come in the nick of time but from the start of life. The passion to achieve starts with the young mind, later nurtures in to a success story. The man who made slick coups with Student no.1, Simhadri, Vikramarkudu, Rajamouli can be made synonymous with the story of a passionate boy turning into a successful man. The most wanted director celebrates his birthday on 10th October.

Being a former associate of director K Raghavendra Rao, Rajamouli has directed a serial which was his maiden start in to direction. He had the passion to make a sharp movie but the chance came late. Till then, he worked as an assistant director to his father S Vijayendra Prasad for about six years.

The time was not quite favorable for the aspiring director as he was quite young to venture on his own. The scripts narrated by him; to the director’s were not envisaged properly on screen. A rise in his career happened in the period, he apprenticed under Raghavendra Rao. Being a workaholic, the director named his as a working devil (Pani Rakshudu).

Seldom his success fails to evoke thoughts among the people that how come lady luck never frowns but always smiles on this director. But Rajamouli always had won accolades with his dedication and determination to make quality movies. His first movie ‘Student No.1’ was made overlooked by his mentor K Ragahvendra Rao. It went on to become a sensational hit and it will not be exaggerating if told, he never had a lapse to impress till now.

Rajamouli and NTR made a hat-trick with their consequent movies Student No.1, Simhadri and Yamadonga. The director came out with flying colors with the Nitin starrer Sye, Prabhas starrer Chatrapati and Vikramarkudu with Ravi Teja which made it big in the box office. Vikramarkudu is now being remade in Tamil for it’s sure to strike script.

Viswamitra Creations is his own production house through which he directed Yamadonga. The director poses strong guts with his daring ventures. He was injured during the shoot for one of films yet it was completed in time. His novelty in captivating the crowd lies in his unique portrayal of things like his ‘Jinthata Chintha Chintha’ of Vikramarkudu that was hummed almost by every person.

Indiaglitz wishes the director a happy birthday and best of success for his upcoming endeavors.
