Rajamouli's father to direct Superstar?

With the back to back successes of 'Baahubali' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad has become the most sought after writer in India now.

Though the veteran is not successful as a director, he recently said that he didn't give up the idea of directing films in future. Now if the reports are to be believed, Vijayendra Prasad recently approached Rajinikanth with a script and Superstar was floored by it. Rajini even agreed to act in the direction of the 'Magadheera' writer.

Rajinikanth is currently working with young director Ranjith and after this project, he is supposed to start 'Robo 2' with Shankar, which is said to be a three year project. As Shankar takes time for pre-production work, Rajini may complete film with Prasad meanwhile. Let's wait for an official announcement.
