Shooting of the climax action scene for 'Rajanna' directed by Vijayendra Prasad in association with his son SS Rajamouli and produced by Nagarjuna on the banner of Annapurna Studios Pvt Ltd, with Nagarjuna himself playing the lead would begin from July 17 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.

Sneha is playing the female lead in this movie. The story of the film revolves around Telangana freedom movement and Nagarjuna is using Telangana slang while delivering dialogues to suit the nativity of the subject.

Nagarjuna had accepted to produce and act in the film following an assurance of Rajamouli that he would oversee the action episodes.
