Rajini in ICU, condition stable

Superstar Rajinikanth who is admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Singapore’s best hospital, the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, is in a stable condition, according to his son-in-law Dhanush.

“The 61 year old actor is in stable condition”, the Channel News Asia carried a report, quoting Dhanush, who is abroad with his father-in-law. Rajini left for Singapore along with family members on Friday night.

Before leaving, the numero uno actor recorded a voice message for his fans promising that he will be back soon. “I am happily going about my routine. I will return as early as possible,” he said.

“How can I reciprocate the love you have shown for me? I get money for acting, for that you are showering so much love. How will I ever pay you all back?” he said, adding: “I will conduct myself in such a way that I will never let down all my fans throughout the world. I have the blessings of the Almighty, Guru and all my fans who are the manifestation of God.”
