Superstar Rajinikanth's mega-budgeted '2.0', directed by Shankar, is all the talk of K-town since its commencement. The film featuring Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in the prominent roles may have its teaser release on November 20, as we have reported earlier.

Now from source privy to the unit we hear that the magnum opus '2.0' will most likely be hitting the screens in the month of May. But the earlier reports have said it as a grand Diwali release in the year 2017. So before concluding anything in this regard, we will have to wait for an official confirmation from the team.

Either way, it's a sure thing that the makers have been planning for a never-before-seen screen count all over the planet, for the film.
