While his iconic voice is prominent in our Cinema, it is surprising to note that Rajinikanth however has never sung for Hindi audience. And now thanks to his daughter Soundarya the superstar will render his voice for the Hindi version of a song in her much awaited flick 'Kochadaiyaan'.

The music of Soundarya's forthcoming bilingual (Hindi and Tamil) 'Kochadaiyaan' has been composed by Oscar hero A.R.Rahman. It can be noted that Rajini had earlier sang for the celebrity composer, but with 'Kochadaiyaan' it is the first time the Tamil Superstar is singing Rahman's composition in Hindi.

The Tamil lyrics have been penned by South's eminent writer-lyricist Vairamuthu while the Hindi ones are by Irshad Kamil. According to sources, the song is said to be based on Rajini's beliefs and philosophy - among which is that Man loves land but over the time, due to his greed for more, the land grabs him.

Apparently, the song is said to be more or less like a recitation.
