As IndiaGlitz reported already, the Poes Garden residence of Superstar Rajinikanth is being renovated on a fast track to welcome the numero uno actor of South Indian cinema, who is expected to return from Singapore by this month end.

"Alterations are being made in consultation with Vaasthu experts and engineers. The house is being given a totally new look. Work is going on 24 x 7 and the high profile residents of Poes Garden are watching it with all interest", say sources.

"The Superstar's daughters, Aishwarya Dhanush and Soundarya Ashwin, are personally supervising the renovation works with their mother Latha Rajinikanth giving inputs from Singapore", sources further say.

In the meantime, Rajinikanth, who is taking rest in Singapore based on the advice of doctors, is keeping himself busy by speaking over phone to those involved in 'Rana', his forthcoming film. He recently spoke to director K S Ravikumar and heroine Deepika Padukone and discussed about the project.
