Ram Madhvani's 'Neerja' rules at the Box Office even after 10 days

The movie 'Neerja' that released on February 19 was critically acclaimed all over. Beautiful actress Sonam Kapoor, who played Neerja Bhanot, was highly praised for her role too. The movie 'Neerja' revolves around 23-year-old Neerja Bhanot who saved lives of over 350 passengers on Pan Am Flight 73 in Karachi. She was honoured with the Ashok Chakra for her bravery by the then government of India and thus went on to become the youngest recipient of the honour.

According to sources and many movie trade analysts, this movie continues to rake at the Box Office. It's been 10 days that the move has been released and so far it has garnered Rs 50 crores at the Box Office.

The movie 'Neerja' also features Shabana Azmi, Shekhar Ravjiani, Yogendra Tiku and Abrar Zahoor. It was directed by Ram Madhvani and produced by Atul Kasbekar under the banner of Fox Star Studios.
