Now, it's the season of film actresses foraying into small screen.
Revathy, Devayani, Radhika, Ranjitha, Kausalya and few others have established their presence in television satellite channels today thanks to 'sob-operas'.
A television serial production company has been trying hard to woo actress Rambha to take up the lead role in their forthcoming mega-serial.
The serial is supposed to be directed by C J Bhasker, who directed Radhika in Chithi and then Kausalya in Manaivi now.
Meanwhile, heroine offers for Rambha seems to have dried up and the actress is seen appearing for solo songs in Kollywood.
She has danced for a number in Chatrapathy with Sarath Kumar.
