The kicking element for this year birthday for Ramesh Aravind (10th September) and Upendra on 18th September (today) is ‘Super Kick’ Kannada cinema announcement by producer K Manju.

The combination of over 100 films (95 films in Kannada) as an actor and director of high caliber with engineering brain Ramesh Aravind and super star Upendra is very jubilant news in the Kannada cinema industry front.

This combination to Kannada level is something like Dr Kamal Hassan and Rajanikanth joining together in Tamil cinema.

In the long career of 25 films Ramesh Aravind has always remained in the limelight for his intelligence in approach, film acting and direction, Upendra on the other hand right from ‘Tharle Nan Maga’ as director in 1993 remained in the center stage as an actor, director, story, Screenplay, dialogue writer.

Interestingly both Ramesh Aravind and Upendra have worked in all the front of cinema making as technician and actor.

In an SMS reply on the announcement of ‘Super Kick’ for Upendra birthday – Ramesh Aravind says –“We have decided to do a film together. We are discussing other details after Uppi’s birthday. Definitely we will make it something hugely entertaining”.

Producer K Manju with nearly 35 films to his credit as producer has recently announced ‘Brahman’ with Tamil actor, producer and director Sasikumar. He has taken the distribution of Sasikumar Tamil film ‘Sundara Pandian’ in Karnataka region.
