Rana Daggubati signs a multi - starrer

Actor Rana Daggubati, who is back in reckoning with Baahubali, has signed another multi-starrer says reports. The actor has been roped in to play one of the protagonists in critically acclaimed filmmaker Bala's new movie.

The film is going to be made on a huge budget in Tamil. Besides Rana, the film also boasts huge star cast like Vishal, Arya, Aravind Swamy and Atharvaa Murali in lead roles. Currently, the director is busy giving final touches to the script. The film is about a particular clan and is based on a controversial novel Kutra Parambarai.

The yet-to-be titled film is expected to go onto the sets early next year soon after Bala wraps up Tharai Thappattai featuring Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in lead roles. Recently Rana has wrapped up shooting for Bangalore Days Tamil remake and will soon join the sets of his upcoming magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion, a sequel to Rajamouli's Baahubali. An official announcement is awaited.
