The release date of Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma starrer 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' has been announced. Karan Johar`s next directorial is slated to hit the screens on Diwali, next year.

The news was shared by the filmmaker himself via Twitter. "My next directorial film #Aedilhaimushkil starring Ranbir,Anushka and Aishwariya will release Diwali 2016...@AeDilHaiMushkil @foxstarhindi," KJo wrote.

But there's a catch here... For, one can expect a clash of stars on big screens around this time... Because Ae Dil Hai Mushkil` is bound to clash with Ajay Devgn`s upcoming directorial Shivaay` which is also releasing on the same day. Well, all we can do is - wait and watch....

Meanwhile, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil`, being bannered under Fox Star India and Dharma Productions, will start its shooting in October after Ranbir completes 'Jagga Jasoos' and Aishwarya with 'Jazbaa'.
