Ranbir Kapoor follows SRK, to be Hockey star in his next

After Shah Rukh Khan played ex-Hockey player in Chak De`, Ranbir Khan reported to do similar role in his next movie. The Rockstar` actor said to have been considered for a sports theme biopic, that will be based on Indian Hockey star Dhyan Chand.

Sources claim that the project`s script is being written by Agneepath` famed Ila Bedi Dutta while it will be produced by Pooja Shetty. Other details are not yet finalised and Ranbir`s confirmation is waited upon. Incidentally, this project was initially offered to SRK, who apparently turned it down.

Meanwhile Ranbir is in Corsica (France), for Imtiaz Ali`s Tamasha` with Deepika Padukone on a long schedule.
