Actor Jayasurya's association with ace director Ranjith Shankar is well known. From 'Punyalan Agarbathis' to the last released 'Su Su Sudhi Valkmeekam' the duo has made hit movies. They have announced their next movie together which has been titled 'Pretham'. This will be a horror comedy.

Ranjith is known for his take in the horror genre with his serial 'Nizhaluka;' which was considered to the scariest horror serial ever telecast in Malayalam. He is back again exploring the genre, this time on the big screen. More details will be revealed soon. The first look poster of the movie too has been unveiled. A moonlit night and a part of a stairway like structure along with the title is depicted in the poster.
