Ravi Chetan in ‘Nityanand’ role

The handsome actor of over 50 films in Kannada Ravi Chetan (he was earlier Chetan) has attracted the attention. He is donning the role of Nityananda the controversial God man. He says it is controversial ‘god bad man’! Ravi Chetan just after donning the role of Nityananda in ‘Satyananda’ – with caption ‘Nambike and Apanambike (belief and disbelief) received a threatening phone call to his mobile. The caller did not identify his name but lot of bad words was used for Ravi Chetan for accepting the role of ‘Nitayananda’.

I do not care for all such things. There is nothing wrong in doing this role. The film is with a good purpose and bring in good name to the existing God men in the society says Ravi Chetan who made debut in Kannada films from ‘Kotigobba’ Kannada cinema.

The Media International banner headed by Madan Patel as director and producer has roped in finally actor of over 50 films Ravi Chetan as lead actor for ‘Satyananda’ that went on the floors on Sunday morning at Freedom Park in Bangalore.

Ravi Chetan three months ago accepted a film ‘Swami Seve’ and photo shoot was also completed. But he had to go back on it because producers received threatening calls. Ravi Chetan will be protected in case of emergency disclosed Madan Patel for a question from media.
