Ravi Teja has said that he is hurt by the gossips on social media which have been claiming that he and his parents gave a miss to Bharat's last rites because they don't care about the departed soul.

"Entha darunamandi asalu!" the actor has been quoted saying by a popular Telugu daily.

"When we have been in misery, some of them are talking recklessly on social media for the sake of hits," he has said.

Responding to the rumour that the last rites were performed by a paid individual, Ravi Teja rubbished it strongly. The actor's 85-year-old father and mother are devastated. As soon as she came to know about her younger son's death, the mother fell unconscious, the actor has revealed.
