R.D. Rajasekhar to direct a film with this leading star of Kollywood

Many technicians have turned directors in Kollwyood. Cinematographers wearing the director's hat has been a very frequent phenomenon in Kollywood. Many leading cinematographers such as Balu Mahendra, P,C,Sreeram, Jeeva, Rajeev Menon, K.V.Anand and many prominent cinematographers have directed notable Tamil films.

Now we learn that celebrated cinematographer RD Rajashekar is all set to wield the megaphone. Sources reveal that RDR is in talks with actor Vijay Sethupathi and producer Kalaipuli.S.Thanu for his debut directorial.

We will have to wait for an official confirmation and it will be a stellar combo if it materialises. Let's wait and watch with our fingers crossed.

Interestingly, Vijay Sethupathi will soon start shooting for '96' which will be directed by noted cinematographer Premkumar.
