Rekha to share screen with Katrina & Aditya Roy Kapur

After days of speculations, evergreen actress Rekha has got on the board of Abhishek Kapoor’s forthcoming feature ‘Fitoor’.

The film is a screen adaptation of Charles Dickens’ ‘Great Expectations’ and will see Aditya Roy Kapur playing ‘Pip’ and Katrina Kaif as ‘Estella'.

Initially Abhishek had approached Sridevi for the the pivotal role of 'Miss Havisham', however the ‘English Vinglish’ diva refused the offer and the director moved on to his next choice, Rekha.

‘Fitoor’ is bannered under Disney UTV Studios.
